Ingredients
  

  • Salt
  • ½ Glass of White Wine
  • 500 g Precooked Clams
  • Olive Oil
  • Salsa verde The Tapas Sauces

Instructions
 

  • Pour white wine into the pan.
  • Let it warm up on medium heat for about 30 seconds.
  • Add 3 spoonfuls of salsa verde The Tapas Sauces and stir.
  • Pour the clams into the pan.
  • Cover and heat for 1 minute.
  • Remove the lid, and place the clams on a plate.
  • Pour the liquid left in the pan on top of the clams as a sauce, and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Salt
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • Mojo picón the Tapas Sauces

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes in water.
  • Sprinkle in a generous amount of salt.
  • After 20-30, the potatoes should be piercable with a knife. If so, remove from stove.
  • Let the potatoes dry for a couple of minutes.
  • Slice the potatoes down the middle into four quarters.
  • Place them on a plate, and drizzle salsa mojo picón on top.
