Clams in white wine and green sauce
Ingredients
- Salt
- ½ Glass of White Wine
- 500 g Precooked Clams
- Olive Oil
- Salsa verde The Tapas Sauces
Instructions
- Pour white wine into the pan.
- Let it warm up on medium heat for about 30 seconds.
- Add 3 spoonfuls of salsa verde The Tapas Sauces and stir.
- Pour the clams into the pan.
- Cover and heat for 1 minute.
- Remove the lid, and place the clams on a plate.
- Pour the liquid left in the pan on top of the clams as a sauce, and serve.
