Meatballs Sevilla Style
Ingredients
- 0.6 kg Veal Meatballs
- Flour Wheat
- Salt
- Powdered Black Pepper To The Taste
- 0.25 kg Thick Wild Asparagus
- 0.25 l Sunflower Oil
- Salsa Sevilla The Tapas Sauces
Instructions
- Coat the meatballs in flour.
- Fry in the pan with sunflower oil.
- Remove from pan.
- Cook 3 tablespoons of Salsa Sevilla The Tapas Sauces in a pan with a small glass of water.
- Add meatballs to boiling sauce and water mixture.
- Add chopped asparagus to pan.
- Remove meatballs.
- Use the remaining sauce, water, and asparagus combo as sauce and pour over the meatballs.
