Pork ribs with salsa chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1 kg 2 Pork Rib Strips
- Salt and Pepper
- Salsa chimichurri The Tapas Sauces
Instructions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of the rib strips.
- Spread salsa chimichurri The Tapas Sauces over both sides of the rib strips.
- Place the ingredients on a baking tray or in a foil container and cover with a sheet of foil wrapped around.
- Leave to cook in the oven.
- When cooked, remove the ribs and place on plate alongside an extra dollop of salsa chimichurri The Tapas Sauces.
